📌 What’s covered under our warranty?
✔️ Manufacturing defects
✔️ Faulty stitching, broken zippers, or abnormally degraded materials📌 What’s not covered:
❌ Normal wear and tear
❌ Accidental damage (e.g. snags, improper washing)
❌ Any modifications or alterations to the productPurchases via third parties
📌 IMPORTANT: This warranty only applies to items purchased directly from our website (www.deer-golf.com) or from an authorized Deer Golf retailer.
If you purchased your item from a third-party seller (e.g. marketplace, partner store, etc.), any warranty claim must be handled directly with that retailer.
We do not accept claims for products bought from unauthorized resellers.📝 How to make a warranty claim
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a claim.
Email us at info@deer-golf.com with the following:✔️ Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
✔️ A photo of the full item
✔️ A close-up photo of the defect
✔️ A photo of the product label📌 If your claim is approved, we’ll offer one of the following:
A repair
A replacement
Or a store credit in the form of a gift card (we do not offer cash refunds)
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
