RETURNS
🏌️ Return & Exchange Policy – Deer Golf
At Deer Golf, our mission is to provide you with apparel that combines style, performance, and comfort. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges — simply and transparently:
🔁 Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Final sale and customized items are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs:
If we made a mistake (e.g. sent the wrong size or item, or there’s a manufacturing defect), we’ll cover the return shipping.
If you’d like to return an item because it didn’t meet your expectations, you’re welcome to return it at your own cost.
*Shipping available across Canada, except Newfoundland & the territories (for now — we're working on it!)
